Why You Should Support The Apostles of YAHUVEH and YAHUSHUA!
What does the Word of YAHUVEH say about tithes and offerings? What does YAHUVEH
say about the Apostles in His Church? How should they be supported? Read on, see
what the Word of YAHUVEH says in these matters.
Are there people who rob YAHUVEH?
Yes. Malachai 3:8-12
3:8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we
robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
3:9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine
house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open
you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be
room enough to receive it.
3:11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the
fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in
the field, saith the LORD of hosts.
3:12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land,
saith the LORD of hosts.
How do they rob YAHUVEH ?
By not paying their tithes. See above, Malachai 3:8
What does the word "tithe" mean?
Tenth or 10%. See Bible Dictionary or Strong’s Bible Concordance.
Should we give YAHUVEH His portion first, last, or in between?
First.
Deuteronomy 14:22
14:22 Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field
bringeth forth year by year.
14:23 And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall
choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine
oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn
to fear the LORD thy God always. Malachai 3:7-8
3:7 Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances,
and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the
LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?
3:8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we
robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
Hebrews 7
7:1 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met
Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him;
7:2 To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation
King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of
peace;
7:3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of
days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest
continually.
7:4 Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham
gave the tenth of the spoils.
7:5 And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the
priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the
law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham:
7:6 But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham,
and blessed him that had the promises.
7:7 And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.
Are there warnings to people who rob YAHUVEH in this manner?
Do these warnings continue to be in effect in the New Testament?
Yes.
James 5:1-11
5:1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon
you.
5:2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
5:3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness
against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure
together for the last days.
5:4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is
of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are
entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
5:5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished
your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
5:6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the
husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience
for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
5:8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth
nigh.
5:9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the
judge standeth before the door.
5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord,
for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.
5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of
Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of
tender mercy.
If a person makes $10 an hour and works 40 hours a week,

Which ministry has the authority to not work a secular job for a living?
Apostles.
1 Corinthians 9:1-14 (The Apostle Paul is speaking to the Corinthian Church)
9:1 Am I not an apostle? am I not free? have I not seen YAHUSHUA our Lord?
are not ye my work in the Lord?
9:2 If I be not an apostle unto others, yet doubtless I am to you: for the seal
of mine apostleship are ye in the Lord.
9:3 Mine answer to them that do examine me is this,
9:4 Have we not power to eat and to drink?
9:5 Have we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles,
and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?
9:6 Or I only and Barnabas, have not we power to forbear working?
9:7 Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard,
and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of
the milk of the flock?
9:8 Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also?
9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of
the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen?
9:10 Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is
written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in
hope should be partaker of his hope.
9:11 If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall
reap your carnal things?
9:12 If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather?
Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should
hinder the gospel of Christ.
9:13 Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the
things of the temple? and they which wait at the altar are partakers with the
altar?
9:14 Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should
live of the gospel.
What was the great sin that caused Ananias and Sapphira to die?
They lied to
YAHUVEH, and they held back money that was supposed to be given to the Church
ministry. They pretended to be disciples but they were not.
Acts 5:1-11
5:1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
5:2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and
brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
5:3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the
Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
5:4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not
in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast
not lied unto men, but unto God.
5:5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great
fear came on all them that heard these things.
5:6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
5:7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing
what was done, came in.
5:8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much?
And she said, Yea, for so much.
5:9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt
the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband
are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
5:10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and
the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her
by her husband.
5:11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these
things.

Acts 13:1-2
13:1 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and
teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene,
and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
13:2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate
me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.
What tribe was he from? Levi
Acts 4:36
And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being
interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
Why is this significant? This shows that the ministry that provided the
Priesthood of the Old Testament is being changed to the Apostles for the New
Testament.
Who was Barnabas’ first partner, and what verse proves these two men were
Apostles? Saul(Paul).
Acts 14:14
Which when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard of, they rent their clothes,

What is the law of sowing and reaping?
The more you sow, the more you reap.
2 Corinthians 9:6
For what wrong does Paul ask forgiveness?
Not requiring the Corinthian church to support him. Paul actually had to be
forgiven for not requiring them to support him. As a result, the Corinthian
Church was not growing in YAHUSHUA the way they should.
2 Corinthians 12:13
For what is it wherein ye were inferior to other churches, except it be that I
myself was not burdensome to you? forgive me this wrong.

Philippians 4:10-19
4:10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me
hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
4:11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever
state I am, therewith to be content.
4:12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in
all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and
to suffer need.
4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
4:14 Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my
affliction.
4:15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I
departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and
receiving, but ye only.
4:16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
4:17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your
account.
4:18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the
things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice
acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by
Christ Jesus.
Galatians 6:6
Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all
good things.

live of the gospel.

peace among yourselves.
Where should an apostle’s financial support should come from?
Tithes and offerings.

of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.
Nehemiah 13:10-13
13:10 And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them:
for the Levites and the singers, that did the work, were fled every one to his
field.
13:11 Then contended I with the rulers, and said, Why is the house of God
forsaken? And I gathered them together, and set them in their place.
13:12 Then brought all Judah the tithe of the corn and the new wine and the oil
unto the treasuries.
13:13 And I made treasurers over the treasuries, Shelemiah the priest, and Zadok
the scribe, and of the Levites, Pedaiah: and next to them was Hanan the son of
Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah: for they were counted faithful, and their office

that were sold,
4:35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto
every man according as he had need.

out.

the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.

will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.
12:7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.
12:8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark
speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye
not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?
12:9 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed.
12:10 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became
leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was
leprous.

Name the five ways the church should grow?
Size (Acts 2:47),
fruit
(2 Corinthians 9:10, John 15:2-5),
understanding (1 Corinthians 14:20),
faith
(Luke 17:5, 2 Corinthians 8:7),
and ability to support the ministry (Philippians
4:10-19,1 Corinthians 9:6-18).
Acts 2:47
Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the
church daily such as should be saved.
2 Corinthians 9:9-10
9:9 (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his
righteousness remaineth for ever.
9:10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your
food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your
righteousness;)
John 15:2-5
15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch
that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
15:3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,
except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him,
the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
1 Corinthians 14:20
Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children,
but in understanding be men.
Luke 17:5
And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
2 Corinthians 8:7
Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge,
and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace
also.
1 Corinthians 9:6-18
9:15 But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things,
that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that
any man should make my glorying void.
9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity
is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
9:17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will,
a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
9:18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make
the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
If the elders in a local congregation cannot settle a dispute, what should they
do?
Call in outside apostles and prophets.
Why is it important to know which apostles are functioning in that capacity for
a particular church?
So they can be contacted if needed for outside arbitration or advice.
What is the prophetic function?
To provide the vision or direction the church is to go.
What is the evangelistic function?
To lead people to YAHUSHUA and YAHUVEH.
What is the pastoral (shepherding) function?
To counsel and train the people to grow in righteousness.
What is the teacher’s function?
To explain the word and bring forth understanding by comparing the word with the
word.
What is the function of the deacons?
To take care of natural things, especially the support of the apostles, widows
and orphans.
